Please help ! Business section 3 violation with identiy verifcation
Here is a formal and clear version of your message:
Dear Seller Performance Team,
I am writing to seek assistance regarding the deactivation of my Amazon seller account. I recently upgraded my personal account to a business account using my LLC tax ID. Shortly after making this change, I received an email stating that my account had been deactivated due to a Section 3 violation and that I needed to verify my identity.
I have submitted my appeal multiple times with the requested documents, including utility bills and credit card statements. Each time, I received a response indicating that the provided documents were insufficient. In my attempts to resolve this issue, I have submitted additional documents such as AT&T bills, electric bills, and a newly obtained business license. Despite these efforts, my appeals have been repeatedly rejected.
I am urgently requesting clarification on the specific documents or information needed to verify my identity and reactivate my account. The automated responses I have received have not provided sufficient guidance, and I have been unable to reach a human representative for further assistance. This issue has persisted for almost three months, significantly impacting my business operations.
Please help me resolve this matter promptly by providing detailed instructions on what is required to successfully verify my identity and reactivate my account. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Here is the seller forum, not seller support. You get advice from other sellers.
The owner of this account IS a sole proprietor with his tax ID. That's what the AI knows. So, the AI says "that LLC is NOT the owner of this seller account" and the tax ID is also wrong.
Transfering a seller account is not allowed.
You transfered your account from a sole proprietor to a LLC. And did you really submit a utility bill to the name of this LLC?
You have to fix your account by trying to change all to your original settings and provide your "old" documents. THEN you close that account, wait 10 days and create a new one as owner the LLC with another email address. In the meantime reflect how you want to provide a utility bill for your LLC.
... forget that on Amazon!

The yearly account verification always led to the phone number. You need a 1 area code then phone number. Good Luck.

I realize that this isn't the issue you originally posted about but @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC really is trying to keep you from losing your account, inventory and funds.
Yes, it was Amazon that initially approved you to sell Nike but is "no longer accepting applications." When Amazon accepted you, they assumed you had permission from Nike. Now they won't even ungate sellers because Nike has informed them not to and they're cleaning up the 3rd party Marketplaces.
From Nike's own website:
If you're able to eventually get your identity verified and account reactivated, you might seriously consider recalling all your Nike product (assuming it's in FBA) while you can and hope Amazon disburses your funds.
On the contrary,@Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC understands your situation perfectly.
