Greeting everyone! I'm Amazon seller from Kazakhstan and yesterday I've found this message in my account "Your account is at risk of deactivation". I've immediately requested code via mail to verify my address in Kazakhstan but another issue has come to my attention - "tax ID verification in progress" but when I go to tax information page it says it is complete and verified (screenshot attached). I do not like this risk of deactivation warning on my account. I don't know what could be wrong or how I can help to re-verify the same information. There is the Update Tax Information button, but I have a green checkmark and there is no need to update the information because nothing has changed with regards to the legal entity / the corporation / the tax number.
So I am writing to inquire about the timeline for the verification of my Kazakhstan TAX ID. I would greatly appreciate if this process could be expedited. Additionally, I would like to clarify that in Kazakhstan, the Individual Identification Number (IIN) is simply a document issued by the tax authority, lacking stamps or plastic/paper cards. The IIN is utilized solely for checking tax obligations through the local website. For external users, the number can be verified on egov.kz; however, please note that some information is concealed for security reasons. ).
So I kindly request a response at your earliest convenience. My account is in good standing with no outstanding issues, and I trust that this verification under the INFORM Consumers Act will be completed successfully.

Thank you for posting your concerns with your INFORM verification process.
I understand that there is a concern that your information shows verified in one section but in-progress in another. This can happen when additional verification is required. The screenshot you're providing advising both the business address and the tax ID are pending. These both go hand in hand as your tax information and business information should match. Can you advise on when your post card should arrive? Once this is received, it should allow the completion of the Tax ID review.
So I can help address an expectation surrounding the timeline for these. When exactly did you provide this information? Some situations may take anywhere from 24-72 hours where other more complex reviews or situations can take longer. There are a number of factors that come into play. As for an expedited review, unfortunately this is not possible at this time. Once I have some additional information, if I can see there is a break or delay in the process, I may be able to work with our review teams to try and resolve the situation as quickly and they are able.
