Hello,my account was suspended from associated account
Hello, my account has been deactivated due to multiple accounts I sent an appeal to Amazon and the answer I received was that the other account does not belong to you, how can I prove an account that does not belong to me, I re-submitted the documents we used in the opening of the account that belonged to me, but they said it was not enough, what should I do at this point?

Hello @Seller_XX7X7AAM4ylGX,
Thank you for reaching out. I hope all is well.
As you have mentioned, I understand that your account has been deactivated due to multiple accounts.
Per our comply with amazon’s multiple account policy, you can have one account per seller per region unless you have a legitimate business need for opening a second account. Even when permitted to have multiple selling accounts all must remain in good standing at all times. For any reason, if one account does become deactivated then all remaining and linked stores will become deactivated and remain so until the root of the issue is resolved.
Typically, these situations can occur due to a direct connection such personal or business information or details. Other situations can occur due to an indirect connection such as hiring a third party to help manage or run the account.
Have you shared any information with a third party? Does a third party have access to your account?
In the appeal, have you provided supporting documents showing that you are not related to the other account?
Have you received a performance notification containing information about the other account? There are multiple ways to address this violation. I understand you do not recognize the other account but if you know who owns the other account, they would need to reinstate the other account first if it is deactivated, then after the other account has been reinstated, you would submit an appeal through your account stating that the other account has been reinstated.
Have you had any third party assisting you with the account? If so, you would want to submit a contract and termination letter, proof of payment such as a bank statement or a credit card statement.
Please provide insight and information about your account. If you have received a performance notification or a case log, attach it to the post and make sure to remove any personal information.
The forums community and I are here to assist you. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns from this point forward.
Best,
Cade
