I have got flag fro Amazon that my shipment are delayed however in AUTO DS the shipment time is totally different then the AMAZON handling time.
Amazon is giving us the 2 days only for all our shipment but in AUTO DS they are taking more then 2 days.
Please guide me how to adjust my shipment handling time in my account

Amazon expects you to fill orders on THEIR terms, not some drop shipping service.
Since you are new, please search the Forum for all of the posts by sellers that have been permanently suspended for dropshipping on here.
Amazon still TECHNICALLY allows it for some reason (MONEY collected in fees!) but it is an exceedingly and increasingly dangerous sales method here.
If you insist on playing Russian Roulette with your account find a dropshipper that WILL meet what Amazon requires.
Also, do you have an LOA from the brands you are selling AND have you verified with the brand that the service is an AUTHORIZED wholesale distributor? Best guess is that they are NOT but are only a gray market source.
As to any possibility of changing handling times, go to your shipping settings.
If you are already enrolled into AHS you are stuck.
