Enlightenment and education…or something along those lines.
Seriously though, a few years ago I had an issue with the product description on a few items and couldn’t find clarity anywhere and support was not able to provide an actual solution. For grins and giggles, I went to the forum and immediately searched the issue I was having and it turned out that other sellers were having the same exact problem. I gained some solid insight on how to address this challenge and by the end of the day, the issue was resolved.
Since then, I come to the forums daily to see what’s new in the world of Amazon and its seller base. Sometimes I gain some knowledge, sometimes I get a little chuckle, and other times, I’m absolutely floored at some of the new user questions. By that I mean questions that clearly show that the user never went to Seller U and/or they just watched a few 3rd party YouTube videos and think they’re going to make millions their first week on the platform.
That’s my 2-cents.

what is your biggest goal in joining the seller forums because calling is pointless.. at least here we might find mod that doesnt copy and paste seller support doc and actual read. Again we are naive and wishful thinkers.
