FCC ID COMPLIANCE ISSUE
Hello Amazon Support,
Our listings for amateur radio accessories, including antennas and speaker mics, are being repeatedly removed due to FCC compliance issues. However, none of these items emit frequencies and therefore do not require an FCC ID. We’ve reviewed our products, and they are fully compliant with FCC regulations for passive accessories.
Despite this, our listings keep getting flagged, and we continue to receive generic responses, which is becoming very frustrating. We sell equipment that does not require an FCC ID, and we'd like to resolve this issue and have our listings reinstated.
Can someone with expertise in FCC compliance review our case and provide guidance on how to proceed?

I took a look at a few of your cases, and it looks like you might need to provide more information to the partner team to appeal the removal of your listings.
I'd recommend providing additional evidence that shows the specific nature of the product. This could include manuals, schematics, photos, or a video recording showing your product does not emit radio frequencies.
