Dont have supply chain invoices and now my account is deactived
My account has been deactivated for a few months now under Section 3 inauthentic product. Amazon is not accepting any of the documents I have provided already (my wholesaler invoice, proof of purchase, etc.) and they only will take Supply Chain invoices. Well, my wholesale supplier is a liquidator and they don't have supply chain invoices. I have tried maybe countless times and spent thousands to work with Amazon to try and solve this issue, but they have not been helpful at all.
Is there any other solution to this issue? I am kind of my wits end and I know I can't even close my current account due to the deactivation.
Some context if needed - my account got deactivated a month prior to amazon receiving my inventory, I have no prior violations or warnings. I never sold any units of the particular ASIN that I was deactivated for and I was ungated before I even sent any inventory.

"...my wholesale supplier is a liquidator..."
This is your problem. Amazon does not want untraceable "B-goods" to be sold on their site.

Best of luck in your future ventures. You're done on Amazon. They are pretty clear that liquidations/clearance sources are not valid sources for inventory.
But after you listed the items. Once you list an item for sale (even if inactive or no inventory), that is considered intent to sell, and you must have the verifiable documents.
Again, creating the listing is enough to trigger the issue; you don't need any actual sales.
Sadly, Amazon will "ungate" sellers on the assumption that they have everything else in order. You are not the first seller to think that getting permission from Amazon to list is all that is needed. IMO, for things such as this, they should require everything up front, rather than letting you fall into the trap. Unfortunately, that's not the case.
I wish you the best in future ventures.
