UK seller account deactivated
Hi there,
The UK seller account is deactivated. We provided all the needed information through Account Health, but so far no resolution.
We can't contact Amazon support or open a case. If we try to open a case, we receive an automatic answer " Contact us in Account Health".
Contacting a different marketplace isn't an option, as they can help only for the specific market.
Have you been in such a situation? What are alternatives to contact them?

Thanks for contacting Amazon Forums. I have just reviewed your account, and it appears that you have some pending requirements. To submit your documentation, navigate to the settings in the upper right corner, select Account Info, and then click on Reactivate Account. You can also try to access directly by clicking this link, but make sure you are logged into your account before doing so.
