Unfair negative review due to a FBA mistake
Dear community managers,
FBA has by mistake, sold a returned and broken product, to another customer.
The frustrated customer, wrote a bad feedback and a negative review for the product.
FBA accepted responsibility and mitigated the bad feedback, but seller support says they can't remove the negative review and suggested to report the review, and contact community-help, which I have done without any response.
