now i did completed my documents can you unlock the section Registered business address so i can insert my correct business adress?

You are talking to other sellers here, not Amazon.
You CAN change the address (of course not the country) and Amazon will then send you a postcard with a code for verification. Nobody has to unlock it. Just go to your account settings and modify.

Connor from Amazon here, I've looked at your account and I see that you have to review your country of establishment and business type.
You can do that by clicking on the Reactivate Account link in your global dashboard.
From there once all information is up to date you can then click on the Submit for verification button. Keep in mind that verifications could take over 24 hours, and it might take up to 10 business days in some cases.
