Does Amazon allow moving inventory from US FBA warehouses to Canada FBA Warehouses? I have some inventory in US that is not doing great and would like to move it to Canada as its doing better over there.

If your inventory is eligible and you have a North America Unified Account, US-based sellers can use Remote Fulfillment or in-country FBA to provide free, reliable shipping to Prime customers in Canada.
While international FBA transfers are not an option, you could remove the inventory from the FBA facilities and then ship directly yourself, otherwise I recommend learning more about Selling in Canada from the US with FBA here.
