Why are all of our products losing buybox, it's not a price problem, we have so many products, they lost buybox at the same time for about two weeks.
We cannot wait any longer for that! There are no sales for two weeks and we cannot afford that.

Do you simply not have the buy box, or did you lose buy box eligibility for everything in your account? As others have stated,the buy box algorizms are an inigma.
However, if you lost eligibility for all your inventory, then there is something causing it. You will lose buy box eligibility for late shipment, cancellations, and/or lat delivery if not using buy shipping through amazon. If you lost it for 2 weeks, that sounds like a late delivery ding. Check your metrics. Even if you are at 0% or 100% for everything, it could be a rounding issue. Anything less than perfect is going to cause buy box ineligibility.
Each metrics has a date range window. If an imperfect order falls within that date range window, you will lose the buy box for that period of time until the order date falls off.

Hate to be a pessimist, but you will never get ANY information from Amazon about the Buy Box -- getting it, retaining it, losing it, one item or eligibility on all items. Buy Box rules are either deep, dark trade secrets, or the algorithm that makes these decisions is so complicated that no one at Amazon understands it. You are just banging your head against a wall if you try to ask. You will get nothing but boilerplate gibberish. Wait long enough and it will eventually come back, on AMAZON's arcane timeline.
