KYC & Bank Verification Issue with Payoneer Account

Hello,

I'm experiencing issues while reactivating my seller account and would appreciate any guidance. I recently deactivated my account and am now in the process of reactivating it. During this process, I was asked to verify my bank account. A few days ago, I uploaded the necessary bank verification documents, but they were rejected without any explanation.

In addition, when trying to connect my Payoneer bank account to my Amazon store, I received the following message:

"You are not eligible for receiving disbursements due to pending Know Your Customer (KYC) action at your payment service provider on your bank account ending in ..... Please work with your PSP to complete the required action and receive disbursement."

To make matters worse, I've been unable to open a case with Seller Support as my cases are being closed automatically, which leaves me with no direct way to contact support.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can offer any advice on how to resolve this situation? Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated.

To make matters worse, I've been unable to open a case with Seller Support as my cases are being closed automatically, which leaves me with no direct way to contact support.

The bank account verification issues may be due to the current status of your account.

To address this, you must visit your account health page and address the violations on the dashboard. Once you have restored your account health rating points your account will be reactivated and we can address any payment verification issues thereafter (if they continue to persist).
