I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to address the issue with my United Kingdom seller account.

On December 22, 2023, I created my Amazon store, but due to incorrect document entries during the application process, my application was rejected three times. Finally, on January 15, 2024, the United Kingdom store was fully approved.

However, on January 16, just one day later, I received an email and SMS from Amazon stating that my account had been suspended.

Upon checking my account, I was asked to provide the following information for reactivation:

"How do I reactivate my account?

To reactivate your account, please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file and submit one of the following documents:

-- A business license if applicable

-- A utility bill dated for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service"

I have submitted these documents a total of 8 times, but my account has not been reactivated. The submitted documents include company documents, purchase invoices, Wise bank account statements, and my mobile phone bill.

Furthermore, I would like to inform you that I am the owner of a company actively operating in the United Kingdom, and I registered with this company during the approval process.

In the event that my account is not reactivated, I have changed my name from "Seyit Ahmet" to "SEYIT AHMET" due to the presence of the Turkish character "İ" in my name. I have also re-entered the identity verification process. Currently, my account is inactive.

I would appreciate guidance on the type of documents required to reactivate my account. As a Turkish citizen, should I submit a document related to Turkey, or is a valid document within the borders of the United Kingdom required? Your assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

First, have you done this? This means a credit card, not a debit card. You may have been able to sign up with a debit card but for a US Marketplace account, you must have a credit card on file to sell.

To reactivate your account, please submit one of the following documents:

-- A business license if applicable

-- A utility bill dated for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service"

When Amazon states one, they mean one. You stated you submitted: "The submitted documents include company documents, purchase invoices, Wise bank account statements, and my mobile phone bill."

Do not submit more that what Amazon asks for. Try again with one of the listed documents and make sure everything matches exactly as you have it entered in your account. Also make sure your document meets the following requirements:
