Verfication Of Supply Chain Documents

Hi,

My account is under verification regarding the supply chain documents, even though I have provided every document according to my best knowledge. But amazon still is not satisfied with the invoices. When last time I submitted my appeal to customer support they asked me to update the invoice contact number so that they can contact the supplier easily to verify about us.

So i did that but not myself i asked it to the supplier and he did that just on request. And when I received an amazon reply after submission of documents they said it seems like invoices were altered so avoid it in the future. And now when speaking to account health support they said they only need to confirm the invoices for 365 days as per amazon requirements.

So the question is if I submit the invoice for 365 days shall i send the invoice which i get the first time or i have to update all invoices with the contact number? I would like to mention here that both contacts, the one which is already mentioned on the invoice and the other one which is mentioned on the updated invoice are also mentioned on the supplier website.

Please advise the best one.

You are going around in circles just to be denied. Most likely, the supplier's invoice isn't verifiable in Amazon's list of suppliers. Are/were attempting to sell branded product?

You mention our team having concerns of the documents being altered due to the addition of the phone number, have you attempted to provide the original document with the number written so that our team sees it was added instead of being digitally altered? Would you be able to share more information on the messaging you have been receiving most recently?

I do want to offer support to you, but will require more information regarding the steps taken at this point. I will continue to monitor this thread for any follow up details you are able to share.
