New recommended product groups for Ships in Product Packaging program
Through the Ships in Product Packaging program, you can ship customer orders in their own custom-brand packaging without any Amazon-added material.
To help you certify multiple products for our Ships in Product Packaging program in a single test, we recommend groups of product variations that we consider to be physically similar and that have similar packaging.
If the primary product, which is the heaviest and largest product of the product group, has already been certified, then in most cases, you can certify the secondary ASINs, or items that are similar in flavor, scent, color, or size, in that group without an additional test report. Some exceptions apply for liquids and fragile items.
If the primary product has not yet been certified, you can enroll corresponding variations by conducting and submitting a single test for the primary product.
To find the recommended groups for your products, follow these steps:
- Go to Growth, and select Growth Opportunities.
- Click Explore Selling Programs.
- Scroll down to Sustainability.
- Go to Ships in Product Packaging, and click Learn more.
- Click Enroll your products.
- From that page, you can also download a report that displays the enrollment status and opportunities for all of your products that are eligible for the Ships in Product Packaging program.
