We can't withdraw our money from Amazon.
Our account was disabled due to video verification, and when we spoke to Amazon, they stated that our account would not be opened even though it was confirmed that Amazon was at fault.
When we enter the video verification to withdraw our money, the appropriate language option for our country is not offered. When we entered the video verification to withdraw money to the representative in English, they told us that they could not process the transaction due to country ID differences and that we should log in for the country in the relevant language.
So what do we do in this case? Our money has been in Amazon for 1 year and we can't withdraw. Verification is still not done in the relevant language.
