Can't File Safe-T Claim ?
Had a customer order a repair kit, and returned the used broken parts for a full refund (refund at first scan). Just got the items back, took photos, etc. But it will not allow me to file a safe-t claim ? What am I doing wring ? What step am I missing. Thanks for the help!

Did YOU do the refund, or did you wait and have AMAZON force the refund?
If YOU processed the refund you caused the inability to file a Safe-T claim. You have to wait for AMAZON to refund to be eligible for a claim.
Just another landmine thrown into their policies....

Hi there @Seller_GesqISEQD6Ers- appreciate you surfacing this here on the forums. Danny here, hoping I can help!
This great post has the steps needed to file a SAFE-T Claim, as well as some best practices for what to include when filing one. I'll also include the SAFE-T Claim help page which discusses scenarios that are eligible for a claim, but from the context in the thread, it does sound like the order would be eligible.
Should those steps not help resolve this, it may be beneficial to attempt standard troubleshooting tasks like clearing cache/cookies or using a different browser, and if all else fails, starting a case with seller support for more technical assistance. Feel free to share that case ID with me if created so I can take a look at the specifics from my end along with you!
Thanks,
Danny
