On May 22nd, I find my product listing was suddenly being removed by Amazon because of "violated product and food safety". I don't know what went wrong. The customer service could not provide any information so far, I do not know what caused the violation of product and food safety, do not know how to appeal, please help!!!

Remove your product using aCSV file and upload it after 24 hrs using CSV file. This resets the product(Asin?) and might be able to activate it again. if not your best option is to keep calling.

Call and request to speak to a member of the catalog team. Do not overload the person you first speak to with information, just the ASIN and issue. They will transfer you, and then you'll explain it again, and then they transfer you again. Note the departments you're transferred to by verbally asking for clarification. Keep it short and sweet, you will be on hold for probably an hour between departments, but if you keep reporting the same details and respectfully requesting a resolution or action to take, then the case will become escalated. Be prepared for the case to be launched into the void and completely forgotten.

I had the same issue. Amazon first delisted my product link. Later, they emailed me citing product and food safety concerns. I suggest not appealing for now. Recently, Amazon isn't reviewing appeals and just rejects them directly. So far, I haven't heard of anyone succeeding in their appeal.

We’re in the same situation. We had a long-time bestselling product (40k units sold and 2k+ positive reviews ) removed for safety violation and we’re as certain as we can be that there is no safety problem with the product.
Does anyone know if Amazon is aware they have a glitch in their system and/or is there a best way to make the right person at Amazon aware?
