I am having a problem with my Amazon account due to a product that I sent to FBA more than 365 days ago. My account is under review and I am asked for an invoice dated within the last 365 days. However, since these products entered the amazon warehouse 18 months ago, I do not have an invoice that meets this criteria. Also, my account registration was originally with my company in my home country, then I set up a US company and changed the registered company.

Has anyone encountered a similar situation? What action can I take in this case? I look forward to your help and suggestions.

I see that your account is under review and you have questions about what you can do if the invoices is dated outside of the 365 day requirement.

Typically, if you submit and explanation as to why the invoice is outside of the time window it can be considered. If the invoice is missing any other requirements, this may be why it has not been accepted.
