How do I request postcard for a new legal address, while verification of address just started?
As per FAQ below, I am not able to see the button of "request a new postcard"

To change your address, select add a new address on the Business Address page. If you would like to change your address after address verification has started, click on request a new postcard. Once you confirm this option, you will have the option of changing your business address and address verification will restart.

I would like to know when you had last requested a postcard? Depending on how recently you have done this, these options are temporarily removed to ensure the postcard is delivered to the appropriate address after being requested, otherwise we cannot verify your account.
If this was recently requested, it may take up to 7 days for this to clear out and allow you to update the address if needed by using "add new address" and following the guidance from the FAQ.
If you are still experiencing issues, I would ask that you provide more supporting information such as screenshots of the error and the last date you requested your postcard. Please be sure to remove any personal information prior to posting screenshots here.

As noted, I stated that "it may take up to 7 days". This includes a number of over variable and situations as I am not 100% sure on your exact situation. I do however want to follow up and inquire on if your account is now seeing the option to update your address, or if you were still seeing the same error? Please be aware, if you are able to update your address that you remember to both "save" and "submit for verification" this will help ensure It is being properly reviewed.
