Amazon XCD1 France - Delivery Wind

We sent 2 shipments in December to France from UK. 1 was to warehouse CDG7 and 1 to warehouse XCD1, both shipment had delivery window of 11 Dec - 24 Dec 2024.

Once custom cleared the carrier tried to book delivery for both but they couldn't get a delivery slot before 24th. They were then closed for couple of weeks for Xmas holidays and reopened on the 6th. They managed to book a delivery slot for CDG7 and delivered it on the 6th but they haven't been able to get a delivery slot for shipment to XCD1.

They are booking via carrier central but get error which translated means "that the intended delivery is not for the distribution center XCD1" Not sure if anyone else had a same issue?

I have since them tried to email carp-support-fr but they haven't replied back. I have opened several cases on seller support but no solution.
