New FBM and no shopping cart

I see that you try to help in here regarding the "Buy Box" issue.

Kindly if you can take a look please .

Our shopping cart is gone. We are selling large items through FBM, with a small but stable monthly order volume. However, there were two cases where we couldn't contact the buyers, leading to delivery delays, and the buyers left us one-star reviews. We have tried various channels to reach out to the buyers, and even Amazon customer service has attempted to contact them, but all efforts have failed (after receiving the critical reviews, we still can't reach the buyers). Since large items cannot be forcibly delivered, why are we being given negative reviews, which also resulted in our shopping cart being suspended?

It's emergency and important for us, we really need help.

As a general rule, you shouldn't have to reach out to a customer about delivery. How big of item(s) are we talking? Are they delivered on a pallet via an LTL carrier?
