There are countless businesses queuing up to sell on this platform. Amazon can choose to allow who is the best fit for them. They want be seen to provide good authentic, safe and legal products and service levels at reasonable prices, although they don't always succeed, due to the vast number of sellers to police.
No-one has a right to sell on Amazon, although I wouldn't go so far as it being a privilege. It works well for some, a disaster for others and the whole sliding scale in-between. You may be lucky that Amazon are rejecting you.

I'm not sure that this post is going to help you. In fact I would go as far to say it maybe a justification of Amazon' response.
If you believe what you have written then you are wise to seek out and apply for the platform that will better work for you. As soon as Amazon go bankrupt, you'll be ahead of the game.
