a-z claim appeal won but still no refund back to us?
we have had the same customer open 4 a-z claims for 4 different products which have ALL been delivered we have proof of all deliveries, pictures , gps, signatures etc therefore when we have appealed amazon have granted we win the appeal and changed the ODR from effecting our metrics to thankfully doesn't effect our metrics but it still shows the customer has had 4 refunds? do amazon not reverse the money back to us as the seller once we win an appeal? Tried to contact seller support, open case logs etc but getting nowhere! checked transaction statements on them orders and still shows refund to customer this was over a month ago so surely would have updated by now ? is there any other way to check if we are actually getting these refunds back to our account or do amazon not reverse refunds from a-z claim?

I have a similar problem, in the last 2 weeks I have had 2 orders where I have a claim from customer saying they have not had delivery. I disputed this as send out order via Royal Mail tracked post, postman scanned upon delivery, took photographs and updated Royal Mail website with proof of delivery, yet both customers said they had not received and put in a a-z claim against me. amazon refunded the customers in full despite all the proof and photos etc I provided to the country. I appealed on both cases and was refused. what is going on! what's the point of paying the extra with Royal Mail for tracked service if customer are m making false claims and getting away with a full refund every time !! come on amazon when are you going to support your sellers especially as we dont tell lies !
