hello i have been deactivated for a while now (5 months) and was deactivated when i was a new seller and i keep appealing and submitting docs and keep getting denied im starting to think there not even read by humans i got deactivated for section 3 for the 1 product that i was selling i did not get the product from a authorized distributer or brand since i was a new seller and didn't think that was mandatory but the product was authentic it just didnt come from authorized distributer or brand which was my fault and i truly understand and wont make that mistake again since i now have my own brand and will only be selling my own brand products so pls whoever reads this to pls help get me reactivated since i will be selling my own brand now pls and ty.

This means that you do not have the proper documentation to prove your item is authentic and authorized.
Amazon has made it quite clear that in cases of IP/inauthentic complaints, the ONLY way forward is to provide the proper documentation. Since you do not have those documents, you have no path forward.
I hope that in future ventures, you will learn the rules before jumping in; but your days on Amazon are over.

Sorry to say that was a big mistake. Amazon gave you one chance to appeal, and if that was not accepted, they are not interested in anymore. Thus, they are, like you said, not read.
