Seller fullfilled offers have been deactivated
Hello fellow sellers,
I am reaching out to this community in hopes of finding guidance and support through a challenging situation I've been facing with my Amazon seller account. My journey has been a rollercoaster, and despite my efforts to comply with Amazon's policies, I find myself in a perplexing state.
Initially, my seller-fulfilled offers were deactivated due to a suspected violation of Amazon's dropshipping policy. This led to my account being placed under review. After a stressful 30-day period, I was informed that my account had been reinstated and any holds on my funds were removed. However, I soon discovered that my account health page still indicated my seller offers were deactivated.
In an attempt to resolve this issue, I have submitted multiple appeals, providing exhaustive details of my transactions over the last six months, including tracking numbers, URLs for tracking, invoices for my inventory, and various business documents. Despite these efforts, my appeals have been consistently rejected. The feedback I've received points to flags on my account due to 22 or 23 A-Z claims over the past three years, a period during which I've sold more than a thousand products with gross sales exceeding half a million dollars.
I understand that learning and adapting to Amazon's ecosystem is a continuous process, and I am fully committed to this journey. However, the reasons cited for the continued deactivation of my offers, such as suspicions around my sales patterns being unusually high, leave me puzzled. Despite repeated attempts to seek clarity and assistance from Amazon's health specialists, the responses have been unhelpful, merely reiterating the notes on my account without providing a path forward.
The feedback often highlights a lack of sufficient evidence regarding tracking details and business information, coupled with concerns about my high sales volume. This has left me at a loss, as I've provided all the documentation within my capacity to demonstrate my compliance and the legitimacy of my business operations.
I am reaching out to this forum in search of advice, insights, or shared experiences that could help me navigate this situation. Has anyone faced a similar challenge, and if so, how did you manage to resolve it? Are there specific strategies or channels through which I can more effectively communicate my case to Amazon? Any guidance or support from this community would be immensely appreciated as I strive to rectify my account health and reinstate my seller-fulfilled offers.
Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I look forward to any assistance or advice you can provide.
Warm regards

Hi @Seller_zddYMtYhZUZjX,
Thank you for your post, this is Jaijai from Amazon here to assist.
Understand that your seller-fulfilled offer was deactivated due to Amazon's drop shipping policy.
In order to better assist, we would request additional information from you. When your seller-fulfilled offer was deactivated, you would received a performance notification stating the enforcement reason with information about what is needed to appeal and appeal rejected reason. Please share that message here in the thread (with personal information removed) so we may better understand the scenario you are facing and provide additional insights.
If you have any additional questions or updates, please continue to share them here. The forums community and I are here to support you.
Best wishes,
Jaijai
