Selling priviliges are suspended
Our selling privileges have been suspended subject to verification checks.
The verification docs were sent weeks ago and nobody from support via live chat or email seems to want to assist.
It is the most frustrating process ever. Does anyone else have experience with this and how it can be resolved?

Is this a new seller account ?
Verification can take many weeks for some, as they do check all personal and business info that you have supplied.
Unfortunately Seller Support can not do anything (as far as I am aware) to do anything with verification, as it is a completely different department.

we are having a similar problem! Apparently our info was verified yesterday but they are requesting verification again today without asking for any further information. We were advised to email the verification team and seller support can't help and don't know why its happening!

this is regular amazon approach .. template responses , no any "call to action. God blessed you that you never had started .. be calm , take care
