Adding Handmade from NA Account to an existing European selling account ERROR
I approved to sell on the NA for Amazon Handmade and would like to sell handmade on the European Region. Normally, there are two options ( registering for a new account or adding Handmade to your existing European selling account. ) , but I believe I clicked the wrong one during the setup process. That’s why the "Resume Registration" section keeps appearing. However, I have an active European account registered with the same email, and all countries are active. How can I resolve this issue?
I also have a professional selling plan enabled on the European ( all the European countries) Region.
Every time I follow the link to expand my amazon handmade business through the page for Amazon handmade ( Adding Handmade to an existing European selling account ) , I get error messages saying I cannot access the page to expand add my amazon handmade business to the European Region. I don’t know why this keeps happening. I have also contacted support many time but they can’t help as I get generic responses from them.
I would like to know if anyone here in the community have experienced similar issue and if they can help me out please.
