Featured offer gone due to price issue
Hello All,
I have lost featured offer due to creating a incorrect prime exclusive discount by mistake, I entered some wrong values fr discount rate. Pricing health was stating that featured offer was deactivated due to this issue. I have gone through and removed the ASIN from prime exclusive discount, now the warning is gone, its been over 2 days now but I have not received my featured offer back for this ASIN. I am really concerned as I have got no orders for few days where this product was selling atleast 5-7 a day, I also have another inbound shipment coming. Can someone please help with this issue? Does any one know how often Amazon checks for featured offer?
We are the brand owner of this product and only seller of this product, our account performance and inventory is good. Please advise.

We are still facing the same issue and its very frustrating that we are not getting any sales, we also have a large inbound order that is being recieved by Amazon. Is there anyone that can help with this issue? there is no indication anymore why featured offer has not been returned back yet.

Upon reviewing your provided case ID, I do see our team indicated you are currently eligible to be the featured offer. It's important to note that eligibility does not automatically mean your listing will be featured, but its an important step.
I wanted to make sure you had this help page focused on situations where only a single seller is listing against an ASIN, and this page focused on strategies for sales without the Featured Offer.
