Shipment delivered, 0 units located FBA15K1SBC67
Extremely worried, shipment of 303 units was delivered on the 23rd february, since then there has been no update and 0 units located.
I have confirmation of delivery from ups which reads:
SHIPMENT TO: AMAZON BHX4 AZY
UNIT 1 COUNDON WEDGE DRIVER
COVENTRY CV59PF
Shipper Number............................G010Y8 Tracking Identification Number...1ZG010Y86801317825
According to our records 1 parcel was delivered on 23/02/25 at 9:19 A.M.. The shipment was received
by MOVEMENT.
Whats more worrying is 3 further parcels were delivered yesterday and all showing 0 units located but the 4th that was sent on the same day has been received and units located.
While shipments are not making it into amazon warehouse im worried for the stability of my entire business on amazon. i cant keep sending shipments into amazon for them to not be received.
Would appreciate any advice

To investigate your shipping, please check the Contents tab to see when your shipment becomes eligible.
Submitting your request there helps Seller Support gather information more efficiently and gives the warehouse time to process the products.
