No one responding from Amazon transparency
I have submitted multiple support requests over the course of the last 5 days and no one is responding to me. They have a respond within 2 business days policy, but I have heard nothing.
I am trying to sign up my products that are already registered with transparency for print in house. When I go to submit them by filling out the excel sheet and designating the appropriate printer labels within the sheet, I get an error that these products are already registered for transparency.
Does anyone know how to get in touch with transparency support or another way in which to register my existing products for print in house?
