Dear Supervisor,

I am writing to urgently address a critical issue impacting our business. We have been selling Samsung mobile phones since 2002 and have been a trusted Amazon seller for 15 years. Initially, we submitted all required documents when we started with Amazon.

Today, I discovered that the status of all our Samsung phones, over 300 items, has been changed to "inactive" without any prior notification or email, requesting us to submit invoices. While we are prepared to submit invoices, gathering invoices for over 300 items from the past year is a monumental task that could take months.

All our Samsung products are imported from the same supplier since 2002, coming from Dubai, Hong Kong, and China. I strongly believe this "inactive" status was triggered by mistake by Amazon's system. This situation is critical as 90% of our sales come from Samsung products. Delays in reactivating these items could severely impact our business, leading to significant financial losses due to price drops and strained relationships with our suppliers, with whom we have had a 23-year relationship.

Given our long-standing account history, sales records, and previously submitted documentation, I urgently request the immediate reactivation of all our Samsung items. Any delay in resolving this issue could jeopardize our ability to meet our financial obligations and sustain our business.

Please treat this matter with the utmost urgency and prioritize the reactivation of our Samsung listings. We are a SBA-certified Small Women-Owned Business and have relied on Amazon as our primary partner for many years.

It wasn't a mistake. Samsung most likely has whitelisted their brand on Amazon to prevent fraudulent sales. Now Amazon is protecting themselves and buyers from potential counterfeit items. I hope the invoices you have are from valid suppliers that Amazon recognizes.

Thanks for the feedback, and I understand the frustration with this process.

It's true that in some instances you were previously able to list under a certain brand, however there are processes in place which may trigger new requirements for documentation and invoices. I would recommend for any brand approvals to thoroughly review the Invoice requirements for when you apply to sell Seller University video, and to apply when you have the documentation ready.
