Who can HELP , Product and Food Safety Violations
At 05/22/2025, our product stopped selling by Amazon because of "Product and Food Safety Violations"
But we are so confused! We read the policy carefully and we determined that our product did not pose this risk nor was it on Amazon's banned products list. I filed a complaint document, sent the test report and product pictures. Only reply by AI said that we have safety risk , at this time, we will not review any documentation for this product.

As a result of our review, your appeal is denied and this decision is final. We have removed your product(s) from Amazon, and this product(s) cannot be relisted. This affects all current listings and any FBA inventory.

• Any inventory remaining after 30 days will be disposed of at your expense

• All pending customer orders for this product(s) will be cancelled automatically
• You will not be penalized for the first-time cancellation of these listings
• Relisting this product(s) is prohibited
