Pending Disbursement

I am writing to express my frustration with the lack of response and clarity regarding the disbursement of my funds.

On November 22, I received an email stating that my funds would be disbursed in the next settlement. However, since then, there has been no disbursement, and despite my repeated inquiries, I have not received any updates.

When I reach out to the support team on call, I am informed that I am contacting the wrong department. Furthermore, my emails to disbursement-appeals@amazon.com have gone unanswered, and every time I open a case, I receive an automated response thanking me for my patience but providing no resolution.

I don't understand how Amazon is valuing its sellers when such issues go unresolved for so long.
