Need a Real Person to Help Me with Food and Product Safety Issues
I believe my product (ASIN: B0D3X4R1Q2) is incorrectly categorized as a restricted product because my product does not come with the sale of a standalone lithium battery.
But since the link was removed on May 22nd, all I seem to be able to get are replies from some machines:
"This product causes a safety risk. Therefore, it is prohibited from sale and listing on Amazon. At this time, we will not be reviewing any documents for this product."
Even though I could go by Amazon's official policy and product documentation and some pictures to prove that my product was fully compliant, it was incorrectly classified as a restricted product.
I emphasized in my latest case 17860721021 that I need a real person to help me with the problem, but again and again I was made to wait.
I really need some help from a real person. @Glenn_Amazon @Levi_Dylan_Amazon , @Atlas_Amazon , or @Emet_Amazon

Why is it always this response without telling us exactly why?

At this time the team has determined that these ASINs pose a product causes a safety risk and Amazon is currently not reviewing documents for these products. However @Glenn_Amazon and the rest of the team are investigating internal escalation options. While we can't guarantee that your ASINs will be able to be reinstated, as soon as we have any updates that we can share we will reach out to you here.
