Funds Disbursement
Hello - My Amazon Seller account is currently suspended - we've gone through many iterations of providing supply chain documents without success... We are still trying to get that cleared up and putting together additional documents that may help Amazon decide in our favor.
However, we have funds that have not been on hold greater than 60days - we've followed the process of sending a request email to disbursement-appeals@amazon.com a couple of times - unfortunately, we have not received any email or confirmation of receipt over the last few weeks.
Anyone know if there is another way to make this request - or, what to do next? On the email sent by Amazon they mentioned that we should hear back within 3days, that has not been the case... Please advise anyone that can help, thank you!

Only send what they are asking for, adding additional stuff will most likely get rejected. If the deactivation was for authenticity violations, Amazon will not disburse any funds.

Regarding the funds and the reason for the situation as a whole, I would advise reviewing what @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 mentioned, along with our funds withholding policy. Per this policy if this was associated to a concern of authenticity both fund and inventory are typically held until the situation is resolved. Other unrelated products or funds "may" be eligible for release upon receipt of proper documentation upon request.
If you're experiencing a supply chain review or verification, you can only address the situation with verification that you sourced the mentioned product or brand from an authorized wholesale distributor. Did your sourcing documents meet our invoice requirements? Where did you source your product from, can you provide the related ASIN?

You mentioned other sellers were using these documents on amazon without issue. First, how did you come upon this information, was it provided by your supplier? The use of documents by others has no impact on their current ability to be accepted.
If you're experiencing a supply chain review or verification, you can only address the situation with verification that you sourced the mentioned product or brand from an authorized wholesale distributor. Did your sourcing documents meet our invoice requirements? Where did you source your product from, can you provide the related ASIN?
If the invoices provided do not validate a proper supply chain, you will need to obtain your suppliers letter of authorization confirming they are authorized by these brands to distribute their products as wholesale. If your supplier does not have proper authorization, we will not be able to validate your supplier. Prior to using this supplier did you obtain proof of their approval, or reach out to Ayur or OxiClean to confirm this is one of their approved wholesale supplier?
I reached out regarding the funds dispute, and was advised that there were no records of any new requests since I had last posted on 11/30. I wanted to advise that when you email this team to make sure it is done from the email used and associated with your selling account. Without this, the request may not be associated with a valid selling account and not answered. Can you confirm how you sent your requests and when you had most recently sent a request over so I can continue to look into this.
