How to update customer restriction type

How am I able to do the listed below, there is no option to update customer restriction type when I go to edit listing. Could I please get some assistance.

It sounds like you need to do a feed rather than a simple listing amendment.
Go to Catalogue : Add Products via upload.
Help is available in seller central if you are not familiar with feeds.
