PROCESS UPDATE - Report Incorrect Brand Name Changes has been denied, what now?

The mentioned post by @Sandy_Amazon and then doubled down on by @Jim_Amazon lays out steps to report a fraudulent brand name change. Yesterday about 30 of my ASINs had the brand name changed incorrectly. I reported these following the suggested process and all complaints were instantly rejected. What now?

The next step is to come here and provide the Complaint ID(s), which you have done, and we will take it from here.

I still reviewing the specifics of each of your reports. So far, out of 33 total ASINs reported, 25 align to what you described in your complaint. From here I will be looking at each ASIN individually going back as far as I can to when the ASIN was created in order to validate your claim in the complaint.

I will provide another update once I have completed my review and let you know what actions I am taking.

I appreciate your patience and I have requested some additional insight from a partner team within Brand Registry to assist with completing my investigation.

I think I know how it happened, I just don't know why or at least the reasoning to why it happened.

I am curious if you have ever held a Vendor account with Amazon before?

The answer to the above does not necessarily effect the outcome, but it would help with solidify the how.

Do you have an estimate on when this happened or you started seeing it (month/year)?

I am still very much investigating this, but I can see that these ASINs were not created by the Selling Account used to submit the complaint ID's you shared and the 25 ASINs that have been changed match the brand names used at ASIN creation (1 of the 2 your mentioned in your complaint ID's). I share this as the most likely reason your complaint ID's were not actioned. Because according to the Amazon Brand Name Policy, the ASINs are correct. I did find some things on the Brand in Brand Registry that does connect your brand name with those other 2 and this is where I have requested some additional help internally.

I do not have an estimated time to complete this investigation, but I will provide updates as I get them.
