Help with selling applications
I've recently created my seller account and have had the most horrible experience. Amazon are terrible with customer service. They are not authorising me to sell a product even though I have provided the relevant documents (invoice with supplier name and contact details and images of the product). Now they are saying that they want my supplier's supplier information! What supplier in their right mind would divulge that information?! The invoice I provided was from the same supplier which I used for another product that I got authorised to sell! They have made things so difficult for me. Can anyone help please?

This new product might have a restriction on selling it on Amazon though or your supplier might not be authorised to resell it to you. The invoice might have been ok for the previous product but not necessarily for this one. others have reported being asked for this info - can you get it from your supplier anyway?
