Change ownership

I am looking to sale my store/brand, once I will find a buyer, how can I change/replace the ownership of the store/brand?
The buyer must have is own account on seller central, correct?

It is against policy to sell accounts.

The new owner cannot take over your account. BUT he can create his own account and list your actual ASINS and reviews and ratings will not change.

As per peer mentioned (Thanks @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC), you will not be able to transfer, buyer will need to have seller account, also, if works for you, you can add the buyer (after creating seller account) on your account permissions to manage the account.
Can I transfer my seller account?
