Our packaging is suitable for SIPP, for sure, with the box taped shut. But what about the words printed on the product box, eg our website address?
Also, if we have written instruction sheet inside pointing customers to our website for more details?

It's usually okay to have your website and other helpful info printed on the product box, along with written instructions inside.
Just make sure these details don't overlap with important product info or barcodes used by Amazon for inventory and shipping.
I'd suggest taking a look at the Packaging Solutions Library for some package examples.
