Promise date without Extension - Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) Defects
We are seeing Amazon's promise date without extension to be incorrect for orders placed on Friday and Saturday with ship by date of Saturday. This is resulting in a high number of defects in our OTD without promise extensions.
Orders per the SFP defect report have an SC Promise day (without extension) of Tuesday. But per UPS these orders have an estimated delivery date of Wednesday.
We have confirmed the incorrect promise date by using ShipStation and UPS.com to quote labels using our UPS account on Saturday morning before our UPS pickup time on Saturday. We see UPS providing a WEDNESDAY Promise while Amazon recording a TUESDAY Promise day without extension. Amazon Buy Shipping is also used on all these orders with defects.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Has anyone "fixed" this or received exemptions for this issue?

Hello @Seller_zXCOewlC7DvMN. Can you please give me some more details about the order details you are seeing, and how they compare to the delivery promise and UPS estimates?
Is the issue that when you ship orders on Saturday, UPS Two-Day shipping in Amazon Buy Shipping shows a delivery promise of Wednesday instead of Tuesday?
Can you share any Case IDs or Order IDs where this is happening? I can also follow up with you directly in a case.
