I am writing out of growing frustration and concern regarding my Amazon Seller account, which has been suspended/deactivated due to failed verification, despite me submitting all the correct and valid documents as requested.

I have sent multiple emails and messages through Seller Central, but I keep receiving generic, dismissive responses that do not properly address the issue or provide a clear resolution path. I’ve double-checked my submissions and everything complies with Amazon’s documentation requirements.

  • I am extremely distressed because:
  • I have inventory stuck in Amazon warehouses.
  • I have invested significant money into preparing for sales.
  • I am unable to initiate calls or speak to a human for clarification.
  • The lack of clear communication is making it impossible to resolve this.
  • I urgently need genuine help from someone who can properly review my case, confirm the documents I submitted, and help me reinstate my account. This situation is severely impacting my business, mental health, and finances.
