Identity Verification (Reverify) NOT WORKING

My account is at risk of deactivation. I am being requested to update my info in order to comply with the INFORM Consumers Act.
However, I'm unable to reverify my identity.
When I click the link "Identity Verification (Reverify)" it redirects me to the Amazon seller help page. I started a CASE already, ID 17053389961 but haven't received an update in several days.
My SELLER WALLET is also not working, apparently is under review. It provides a link to update my bussiness information, but when it is open there's no option to update the info. Not sure if this issue is related to me being unable to reverifying my indenty.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the verification process. A few suggestions:
About the redirect issue: According to https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GG9T9WKTBG2NJST7, the verification link should appear in a banner at the top of the Seller Account Information page (Settings > Account Info). Is this the same link you tried that's redirecting you? If so, you might try clearing your browser cache and cookies or using a different browser to rule out any browser-related issues.
For the Seller Wallet problem: Check out the "I am having issues uploading additional information. Who can help?" section at https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G9VNLEJQE7FDZV73 - there's a support email address you can contact directly.

Hello there, The same problem here , im from Mexico and I have the same problem with mi seller wallet and my Account ,I have had this situation since this Tuesday, I have already opened many cases and I have spoken on the phone and they all tell me the same thing to upload the information in seller central but I am tired of telling them that it does not work or there is no way to upload the information!!! This is causing me a lot of frustration and anxiety.
