Two step verification code

Unfortunately, the OTP code not receiving,

I open a case but not resolved yet.

I proceed Two-Step Verification Account Recovery but no response from amazon since many days.

Please any one help me.

I have the same issue here ! My phone cannot receive the code from amazon by text. But if I choose 'call', the phone will ring and is able to receive a code from the robot voice. My phone has no issue receiving a verification code from any other companies at all. So, I suppose it is amazon's problem.
