Amazon Deactivated my account, and asked utility bill or company file which have my name and address, I did that, than Amazon asked for (Take a photo of your face" feature in Seller Central) and send me link when I clicked that link that was (Not found - The page you requested was not found).

Can anyone tell me what to do or how I can find ( Take a photo of my face )? or how to speak to a real person?
