I'm looking to downgrade my professional account to an individual one. Currently. Since the subscription fee is charged monthly, I want to avoid being charged while I search for new products. I plan to upgrade again in the future. Could you please assist me with this kindly solve this and not deduct money on my debit card thankyou?

You can downgrade, you do that yourself.
But know that switching selling plans may trigger the need for account verification again.
It is unlikely that you will be able to sell using a debit card -- even if Amazon has charged that card.

In addition to what @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl has provided, please note that it is possible for you to get charged one more time after downgrading depending on the time frame you downgrade and the charge period for your account.

Click on the little "gear" icon upper right of your page. Go into Account Info and on the right you will see "Downgrade Account."
