Appeal Rejected – Need Help Submitting Compliance Documents
Hello Sellers,
I need some help regarding a product compliance issue. My product, Kojic Acid and Turmeric Cleansing Pads (ASIN: B0DM2PZW1G), was flagged for skin lightening concerns. I submitted an appeal, but unfortunately, it was rejected.
I have all the necessary compliance documents ready, including:
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
FDA Registration
Compliance Letter
However, I’m unsure where or how to submit these documents for further review. Can anyone guide me on where I should upload or send these compliance documents so I can get my listing reactivated and inventory marked as FBA-fulfillable?

Hello @Seller_HvP6yTwo66eyi,
You should be able to upload your documents from within your Compliance Dashboard in your Account Health page. If you don't have anywhere to do so there, you can also open a case with Seller Support and attach that documentation. If you share your case ID in this thread I'll ensure those documents are being reviewed by the appropriate team.
