First Scan Refunds - how many other Sellers are finding that this automated system is not working. What is the point of it, if not being actioned every time, as Amazon show.
It was supposed to stop bad feedback, as Buyers got a full refund as soon as they dropped the parcel off at the Post Office if a Royal Mail parcel, or at an Evri Store/Locker, if a Hermes UK parcel.
It meant Amazon had a Safe-T Claim if the Buyer did not return in the same condition as supplied. So, Amazon's loss, although no longer very much is paid, so Sellers lose out, unlike when the scheme first started, which is totally unfair.
However, if the Buyer does not get the full refund, as intended, then bad feedback is given. So, Mods, what should a Seller do?
